My top choice is Cesc Fabregas. He is young, innovative and plays an attacking brand of football. He has an aura from his playing days. Would be tough to get him! Other options include Jose who is box office and would attract top talent. Give him a 2 year contract and then make him a brand ambassador and task him to recruit the next elite manager. Also Xavi or Xavi Alonso.
