@MumbrianSpinner Sold my first flat in 1996 to a young couple who offered the sale price but couldn't really aford it, they were gazumped by a young solicitor a few grand. I sold it to them, no regrets, best feeling ever, helping them out.

We've had an offer on mum and dad's house! It's the lowest I'd hoped for but they have the finances to go ahead. Another viewer is arranged for Thursday, who have accepted an offer on their place, so might wait and let them see it... The offer has come from someone who loves it.

Got wrongly accused of something yesterday and received no apology. Threats and demands made, and made to feel like I'm incompetent, on the basis of them not doing their job and reading the notes properly. Decided I'm not having it and will be complaining.
