Donald Trump: “NATO is nothing without America.” Meloni: “Perfect. Then Europe will close the U.S. bases, tear up the sweetheart trade deals, and, just to make the message land, boycott McDonald’s too.” That is the blunt reality: if Washington wants to talk like protection is a one way favor, Europe can answer like a partner with leverage, not a dependent begging for permission. And honestly, that tone is long overdue. When someone says “you are nothing without me,” the correct reply is not gratitude. It is boundaries.

One reason Greenland is strategically important to the US is in fact twofold: 1. It’s the best place to set up anti-missile defenses to intercept ICBMs coming from Russia / China 2. It’s a very good place to set up offensive missile capabilities to threaten Russia / China The WSJ had a good graphic out a few days ago showing the trajectory of missiles from ICBM sites around Russia to the US would fly overhead or near Greenland, which also happens to be almost directly beneath where those missiles would reach their highest points (“apogee”) which is when they are most vulnerable to interception because they are traveling at their slowest speeds. If you throw a ball into the air you’ll see the same effect - the ball is slowest at its highest point.  And for an intelligently guided missile capable of trying to evade interception, you have an even better chance to shoot it down from a point directly beneath it since that is the closest path to the missile (i.e. least amount of warning time for the missile to realize an interceptor is coming). This above is all courtesy of our resident rocket scientist Phil. The US already has the right to dot Greenland with military installations, and I imagine that extends to intercepting ICBMs. Though Europe might object for some purposes.

@AdamBLiv The difference between market cap and EV is pretty important here imo While mNAV may be 1.06 this is based on EV, so including debt Equity issuance is not accretive at these levels

Strategy purchased 37,215 Bitcoin in the first 19 days of 2026. STRC is at par, acquiring more Bitcoin now. MSTR mNAV is 1.06, the market rewarding MSTR with $3.83 billion in premium. Both flywheels are alive and active. There are 365 days in a year. 365 / 19 = 19.2. 37,215 Bitcoin x 19.2 = 714,919 Bitcoin. Keeping this pace all year would enable Strategy to acquire more Bitcoin in 2026 than they currently have. All of this capital raising has been done with the MSTR mNAV between the 1.0-1.09 band + STRC at par. The main selling point of MSTR now is that you can acquire 26% amplified Bitcoin for 6% premium. As long as there is demand for that entry, it seems the market will sustain the premium. STRC is offering the best fixed income product in the world. The greatest structural bid in Bitcoin history is here.

I remember hesitating to make my first bitcoin buy at $49,000 because I was comparing myself to people who bought sub $20,000 & I thought I was late Now I look at bitcoin at $91,000 with a $1.8T market cap and realize it’s extremely early

@ZynxBTC One concern I have and the reason I sold this position is become it's completely dependent on mNAV expansion. Even though Saylor said they're not issuing prefs in the UK, it seems to me that SWC doesn't have a large enough stack to do it themselves

You will not see the British financial media talk about this, but today we had news about one of the most significant events in recent history in British Equity Markets. Smarter Web has announced its intention to list on the London Stock Exchange. This is a company that IPO'd on the Aquis Exchange in April 2025 at a £3.7 million market cap and is now trading at a ~£150 million market cap. It raised more than £200 million in 2025, more than the entire London Stock Exchange put together. It was also the best performing British equity in 2025. The move to the London Stock Exchange is very important for the following reasons: -Greater exposure and market coverage. -Access to institutional investors. -Passive inflows of capital (SWC qualifies for the FTSE SmallCap Index). -Higher valuation potential. -Increased liquidity. The company is no longer just a speculative growth "bubble", it will be seen as mature and institutionally investable. The company will inevitably go into the FTSE 250 and then FTSE 100. Inclusion is AUTOMATIC at a certain rank and market cap, it is not political like the S&P 500. Not much positive news coming out the UK these days but this is certainly one of them. I predict Smarter Web will be the best performing British equity over the next 5 years and that it will go from a £150 million market cap to £15 billion by the end of 2030. Very bullish on $SWC.AQ / $TSWCF.
Zynx@ZynxBTC

Here we go. Smarter Web has announced plans to move its listing to the London Stock Exchange Main Market, subject to shareholder approval and FCA prospectus clearance. This will increase liquidity, institutional interest and pave the way for future index eligibility. Remarkable achievement in ~9 months from IPO. The path to the FTSE 250 is clear. Bullish on SWC.AQ / $TSWCF.

@BitcoinbyHeart If BTC reaches 200k in 2 years (which you seem to think could happen) then I see mNAV expansion to 3+ as highly likely. Equity issuance at mNAV of 2-4 is 50-75% accretive. So reaching their 210,00 target would be 6x0.625=3.75x assuming no prefs

Mathematically, this seems very improbable to me. To get to 210,000 BTC, Metaplanet needs to 6x its current holdings. Achieving a 5x yield with that would assume that they buy all these BTC by issuing MARS (which hasn't even had its terms published yet) and that they somehow find the cash flow to support these massive amounts. Even with Mercury, this can't be achieved, as shares are sold at 1,000 YEN, which only equates to an mNAV around 2.4 (assuming that they fund all the dividends via their cash flow). Also, I do not expect Metaplanet to trade at an mNAV of 3 anymore with 210,000 Bitcoin in it's balance sheet. Do I have any flaws in my math here? Hope to be wrong on that 😁

Metaplanet is up over 30 % over the last months... ...and remains incredibly cheap.. With an mNAV of 1.27 maybe a year of BTC/Share-growth is baked in. My estimates are, even less.. The stock will probably still do like a 30x or more over the coming decade.. Zoom out, the era of Bitcoin is just beginning.. For me $MTPLF is by far my biggest position.
