@patrickluberus @GoatJovial Tbh the privacy thing is very much a 1st world thing (and therefore not actually the majority's preference). People in say Philippines or Indonesia aren't going to care about whether their transactions are secret; they just want to get their money sent. Just my opinion though.

Today I commented in a post on how my recent interactions with some of the Cardano community have been mostly negative lately, with Cardano-people responses getting increasingly emotional and tiresome on X. Now I'm being targeted by this people in lots of emotional responses and personal attacks. They jumped trying to prove me wrong, but instead are proving me right. This is surprising to me, btw. Most of my previous Cardano-related interactions were fairly positive, despite of not liking the project that much, I had relevant respect for its community and have covered/edited plenty of news/data about $ADA on Finbold, most of them from a positive perspective. Shoutout to @Cerkoryn for keeping the objectivity and respect. I will start blocking the personal attacks and spam now.

@kopeboy @kopeboy, yeah this sounds great. Using $XNO while chilling with friends 🍻. Also I use @Nanswap to convert my fiat but this involves bank fees, is there a better approach?

Thanks for proving my point. It was your idea to liken a knife to a gun which is specifically designed to kill. I knife is a tool. You can kill someone with anything, it's just not as effective. So, to support your argument that all people should be allowed to own a weapon designed specifically for killing, I propose we all own nukes.

Binance finally announced #monero delisting. This is NOT a good thing. Liquidity is needed for adoption in the real world, specially in its early stages. Individuals, merchants, businesses, etc., all need liquidity for proper management and this will probably delay adoption. 1/2

I strongly disagree with you here. Bad people will use good tools for bad actions; But good people shouldn't be prevented from using good tools because of bad people. "Normal people" should definitely be worried about financial transparency if they want to. Privacy is a well-recognized fundamental human right - which applies to money. @G0JlRA
