Over the last two seasons:

@JakobSanderson Stefanski definitely treated him as a fun toy/plaything and it’s unclear wether or not Monken and co will do the same
But my bet is that he will find a way to produce because… it’s what he does

And from a dynasty perspective I still think route volume is an ongoing concern
But *if* he got / maintains elite route volume he’s going to produce

What if receiving TEs started producing early because we got a bunch of rare prospects with age-adjusted production on par with successful WR prospects?

For years we were told not to over-invest in rookie TEs, but the 2022-25 drafts featured truly special TE prospects from a production standpoint — and we’re seeing them flourish Now everyone wants rookie TEs… but the top profiles are *not* on the same level as recent classes

Pitts wasn't generational and a lot of us (myself included) were confidently wrong
That made us too gun shy when better prospects came a long soon after who were more worthy of elite investment
This has now made us over confident of production from highly drafted TEs
