i think those “band-aids” have actually done the opposite of what’s being suggested here—having to draft for need.
Wonnum can play starter-level snaps. Borom is capable of starting. are those players Maxx Crosby and Trent Williams? no, but it’s not forcing Brad’s hand in draft.

This is the exact stragety Brad used his first year or two here, and its great IMO. We should be excited.

Well… maybe the Lions think of him as more than just OT3. Not saying he’s locked in as a starter, but they clearly think he’s capable of starting.
At the very least, his roster spot is relatively safe.

@mikejurecki Kyler completely lacks the ability to play on schedule. Hes showed us over and over again. Will be really impressive if KOC can make it work with him but its likely to be a disaster imo.
