once again @eBay @eBayNewsroom doesn't answer why they are quick to take an item down as a violation, yet continue to allow sellers to falsely list automotive parts under unrelated caterogories in order to get around new policies which demand free returns, no questions asked

@eBay Order number:20-14035-02473 I never received the goods. Instead of being shipped to Poland, they went to someone in the US. The consultant reported this above. I received an email on March 6. You wrote 3-7 business days for action. Now nothing, no goods, no money!!!

What is the point of having a “no return” policy on @eBay if eBay allows buyers to request a return for any reason? As an OG seller from 1998 this has always baffled and frustrated me. It puts the seller in a NO win situation.

@eBay is there something wrong with your app? I was told to confirm my bank details in the app (even though I used it for over a year). I did but same status. I was on with the help assistant chat who then said an agent would joint the chat in 1 minute. That was 25 minutes ago.
