@TechnicallyTee Funny thing. Sit in an apple store and see how many people need help, have problems, etc. Keep in mind I have and use all the apple products. I was there for 3 hours last year, saw a poor woman come in seeking help. Her phone was stolen, she asked the apple rep for help

You listen to some people on YouTube and you would think the iPhone is the worst device ever made. But what’s funny is you only hear those same people complaining all day and year long while the everyday person is out enjoying their device just fine.

They need @Polymaker_3D profiles, they also need to improve dimensional accuracy. Great for cosplay and dragons but if you have functional parts too much tweaking is needed. Love the k2

@UncleJessy4Real @SirayaTech Sadly many don't take the time. Those who don't have a very weak go to market strategy and most likely have engineers but no real marketing person who is focused on customer and consumer experience.

@UncleJessy4Real @SirayaTech I say the same thing to every brand I work with. User expect appliance grade experience. Tweaking profiles due to different filament brands is a waste of the consumers time. Companies that focus on ease of use, faster time to print, will surpase other brands
