@eBayAU @eBay I’ve been a top rated seller for 8+ years doing over $160k a year and paying nearly $50k in fees to eBay. My account has just been dropped to below standard over 3 “item not received” cases that were auto refunded. The problem? The items were delivered days later. Buyers kept the goods and got a full refund. These aren’t legitimate cases. I was overseas and couldn’t dispute at the time, but since then I’ve contacted support multiple times and got nowhere. Just told to wait until the next evaluation on May 20. Now my listings are buried, I can’t promote, and sales have basically stopped. Waiting a month isn’t an option. I’m not asking for the money back. I just need these cases reviewed and my seller level fixed ASAP before this does real damage. Can someone step in and sort this out?

@eBay Sadly, after 21 years I may give up on ebay & just use Amazon. 2 huge buyer unfriendly issues: 1. ebay won't let me choose USA sellers by default. I only want USA sellers. 2. ebay doesn't require dropship sellers to disclose they are drop shipping from Amazon or others.
