Cutter wanted to burn a year off his ELC like ***checks notes*** every other fucking top prospect usually does. The Flyers decided to not sign him and that burnt the bridge.
Also in that video I literally say Cutter handled the situation poorly, but that the Flyers were also at fault.

@imralanyrx @JFreshHockey I have noticed on some occasions he’s back checked harder than he had before. Still an issue though. Penalties started being a problem in year 2 like you said. Trying to be to aggressive to get the puck and not actually having the skill to takeaway it away.

A lot of tangible improvements for Bedard, like a massive boost in speed and better performance in the dot. Chance creation back where it needs to be. The struggle since coming back from injury is real though, and he really needs some legitimate help next year. #Blackhawks
