@ComcastBusiness Extremely disappointed. We called to LOWER our bill and instead got locked into another 3-year contract while our bill increased and does not match quoted pricing. Ongoing service issues have disrupted our business for weeks. Account ending in 1978.

@comcastbusiness @ComcastBusiness tried LOWER our bill ,instead locked into another 3-year contract but bill continued increasing ,doesn’t match quoted contract pricing. Ongoing phone/service interruptions have also impacted business for weeks with little resolution. Acct#1978
