So proud to work in a school with such linguistic diversity and to be able to celebrate it today was wonderful! So much positive feedback from children, staff and parents too 😊.

@RadioGenoa There is only one character, not two, and it is not based on a true story. In fact, the events portrayed in the series ‘Adolescence’ are totally unrelated to those surrounding the cases of the men at the bottom of the image. Do your research.

What a pleasure to see @CarolineLucas speak this evening @LiteraryLeic about the stories we tell about national identity; the importance of progressive and inclusive definitions of Englishness; and the danger of binaries. Lots of food for thought regarding the curriculum too.👏

Absolutely bonkers this. Birbalsingh apparently wants the children in her schools to either be psychic or stay up all night refreshing Google maps

@TorstenProchnow @libsoftiktok Reading some of the comments here I genuinely believe the majority of US citizens are delusional 🤡 Is Musk arrogant when he doesn’t wear a suit in the Oval Office? That doesn’t seem to cause any issues. Trump and Vance are classless reality show characters. Disgusting!

Without diminishing the gravity of Ukraine’s situation, the events at the White House today exposed something far more troubling than a diplomatic disagreement. President Trump’s handling of Zelenskyy today was not just a masterclass in leadership — it was a necessary and long-overdue course correction after years of unchecked entitlement. For far too long, Zelenskyy and his government have operated under the delusion that American support is automatic and unconditional, a mindset directly created by the disastrous Biden-Harris administration. Trump made it clear today — those days are over, and respect for America is no longer optional. The disrespect Zelenskyy showed in the Oval Office wasn’t just about his refusal to embrace the opportunity for peace, but also in his entire attitude — from his dismissive tone to his refusal to even dress appropriately. When asked by a reporter why he couldn’t be bothered to wear a suit in the highest office of the most powerful nation on earth, Zelenskyy had no good answer. That level of arrogance is exactly why Trump was right to send him packing. This isn’t just about Ukraine or a single meeting. This is about restoring the dignity and authority of the presidency, something Democrats have spent years degrading. Zelenskyy walked into the Oval Office thinking he was still dealing with Biden — a weak, compromised figure who handed him billions with no strings attached. Instead, he met Trump — a leader who puts America first and demands respect for its institutions. There is no endless war slush fund under Trump. There’s no blank check diplomacy. Trump offered Zelenskyy a path to peace, a chance to secure Ukraine’s future without endlessly bleeding American taxpayers dry. Zelenskyy rejected it because he thought American backing gave him leverage to prolong the conflict for his own gain. That arrogance cost him today. Trump’s message couldn’t have been clearer — America is no one’s pawn, and the White House is no place for disrespect. Zelenskyy can come back when he’s ready to talk peace like an adult — and when he’s ready to show some basic respect for the office and the nation that’s been footing his bills for far too long. Until then, the door is closed.

REPORTER to Zelensky: “Why don’t you wear a suit?! You’re in the highest level of this country’s office and you refuse to wear a suit. Do you own a suit?!” “A lot of Americans have problems with you not respecting this office.”
