I used to hear stories about what a mom feels when she holds her baby for the first time. I thought…”Yeah, sure.” And then I had my son. On the way home from the hospital I was sitting in the back with him in his car seat and I began to sob uncontrollably. My husband pulled over and said. “What’s wrong Babe?” “I never thought I’d feel a love like this, and I’m scared.” Today he is 39, and nothing has changed. Having a baby is the most wonderful gift God has given to women. Being a mom my greatest joy! Please don’t let some feminist BS keep you from the love of your life. My little boy…Luke.

2 years ago, I nearly missed a flight after I got stuck in traffic on my way to the airport. Then I sat next to a stranger on the plane. 2 years later, that stranger will soon be called my husband. Every anniversary I celebrate, I still cannot believe I engaged in stranger danger on an airplane while traveling to another country, where I met my soon to be husband who was also traveling. I seriously never thought I would ever get married to be honest. Let alone meet my husband on an airplane. I’m glad I ran through the airport that day and didn’t miss my flight. Life is crazy. ❤️ And Hallmark movies are real after all.
