My friends and followers I would be so pleased if you would read this. Thank you. Anthony Verillucci turned 60 years old last Saturday. His wife, Benita, asked him 2 months prior who he would like to come to his 60th birthday celebration. He wanted everyone who had impacted his life to be there. Of course some of the people lived far away so he and Benita became very creative and they put up photos of friends from over the years. He wanted his best friends Martin, Silvio, Anthony, Marcus, Timothy, Martha, Ruby, Mrs Anderson, his children and grandchildren, the neighbors in the house to the left of their home the Griffiths, his high school English teacher Mr. Scarpelli, everyone who gave his life substantial meaning. The day of the event came and everybody was able to be there except Marcus who wasn't able to make it. Marcus was sending his love but was feeling rather down and depressed and missed the party. The following day when asked by his wife how he enjoyed himself Anthony replied, “I have to be honest. I can't lie, it didn't feel complete. Marcus wasn't there. It just didn't seem right.” His wife was astonished, "We planned forever and we put on a fantastic party and I can't believe you feel this way. All your friends are there.” Anthony shyly attempted to assert himself, “I can't make you understand it Benita, I know how I feel. I actually feel empty. Marcus means a lot to me.” My friends for those of you who occasionally like Marcus have bouts of low self esteem making you feel possibly like you're not worthy or not good enough or not lovable, for the moments you criticize yourselves harshly, the times you carry the weight of guilt, I want you to realize that Anthony's action to Marcus not showing up is God's reaction when your loveliness is missing and hiding, when you are not showing up. The party was not complete without Marcus. God's creation is not complete without you. God is not complete without his intentions. You are not here by accident. YOU ARE GOD'S PURPOSE!!! Know this. Accept this. Live this.
