The faction which colonizes a system is native there and can't be kicked out. That's what seems to matter. What does control of a system grant to a faction? Except for the chance to expand from it via the BGS, all it gains is the responsibility and work of defending 1st place

As of 2:15 UTC 3311-3-9 Clifford Vision (placeholder name) in Capricorni Sector JS-T B-37 is constructed. @CMDR_KNAVE's crew was beat, and took off for the bar before sweeping up all the sawdust, paper, and oily rags, so there are currently no images yet available

@CMDRAsamur @Asamur88 Those were the ones to go grab. I had 2 I was camping on and they were claimed before I could get started. I found a really nice consolation price with the one I was able to claim. Unfortunately, I didn't survey it first, but those are the breaks.
