Rachel Miles specializes in research analytics, bibliometrics, altmetrics, research communication, researcher profiles, academic publishing, and Open Access. Miles also works with partners across campus to advocate for responsible and ethical research evaluation.

Jason Glenn is director of research information management services for Carnegie Mellon University Libraries. His team’s portfolio includes CMU’s research information management system, Elements, and its companion expert finder system—Scholars@CMU. @CarnegieMellon

As Senior Director of Industry & Academic Partnerships, Tina Moir works closely with Elsevier user communities and industry partnerships such as EuroCris and NORDP. She was one of the founders of RefWorks, the first web-based bibliographic management system. @ElsevierConnect

Board member Eric Meeks is CTO for the Clinical and Translational Science Institute at UCSF. He has worked extensively on open-source products to support biomedical research, from public-facing systems to embedded EHR applications built on the SMART on FHIR standard. @CTSIatUCSF
