So proud of our students in our course 202113 molecular microbiology at @unibielefeld. We isolate soil microbes, characterize and sequence them and publish! Computing resources from @CeBiTec, supervised by @DonatWulf and @BVerwaaijen

During our molecular microorganisms course we isolated a new strain of Pseudomonas and sequenced it with nanopore. The genome is uploaded to NCBI and our results are now published in Microbiology Resource Announcements. Great work by our students! doi.org/10.1128/mra.00…
