Habba: I’m somebody who has been in his office.. I have firsthand knowledge. I have never seen that. That is not the way his office looks.. He has guests frequently there.

No surprise that after screaming for transparency, Trump‘s lawyers were silent in court. DOJ wants to keep it sealed for its own investigation, but the information —however redacted—would be damning for Trump. It will chronicle criminal activity and intransigence.

I believe in STRONG regulations to eliminate legalized elective abortion. Like I said small government where we want it, big where we want it.

I'll also mention it was the formers original policy. The Taliban now seems to be realizing they actually have to govern slowly but still progess

@haz_beard @JackPosobiec I think government can do good! Only through trying policies can you figure out what actually works and what doesn't. The problem I see in small government is that it incentivizes bad actors because nobody is monitoring them

@haz_beard @JackPosobiec Why did she sign a document attesting to everything being there? That directly contradicts the cooperation argument. If cooperation was on schedule when you receive a document attesting to all of the documents are there they should all be there or just don't hand over that doc

@EJLyman @JackPosobiec Things have to be categorized and he's following the instructions of his lawyer. You don't just surrender your rights to counsel and do the opposite of that they say. This was a phishing expedition theough and through. And it backfired horribly on them.

@haz_beard @JackPosobiec What would be the point of not giving all the documents all at once? That's dumb. I think the agreed upon timeline was what he thought but never formalized. He has tendency to think what he believes is fact according to the warrant somebody leaked blowing up any agreement

@EJLyman @JackPosobiec He was giving it to them in the timeframe they agreed upon. He was in compliance. You don't raid someone in compliance. Again, these are the same people who swore up and down that Trump was a Russian agent when they KNEW he was not.
