It is not what either country would gain by an alliance with Israel. What would make it attractive to them is what the USA would lose.

Your scenario is geopolitically absurd. What can Israel possibly offer those countries to entice them into anything resembling an alliance? Neither would betray Iran, they both have deeply mutually beneficial relationships with Iran. China buys most of Iran's oil exports, Russia is also heavily tied economically & militarily with Iran. Israel can't offer anything outweighing the value Iran provides them.

It is set to expire in 2028, so only 2 years from now. It is a kickback from our government to our weapons manufacturers, so it does go back into our economy.
