@EM203tcrompton Hey Travis, one problem I could add to your concept map would be under resistance to change, and a node stating Unions. Unions may cause teachers to develop their classroom less because they would not receive an incentive (more money) to do so #EM203problems

@EM203_MichelleK Hey Michelle ! My favourite lesson was also learning by doing because I stepped out of my comfort zone and learned sudoku which I am usually not fond of because I thought it was boring but quite honestly enjoyed it and will continue to play:)

In the first 3 weeks of EM203, I learned different learning theories, including Connectivism. I learned how they impact how knowledge is taught, especially now that it's virtual. As well seeing how multi-tasking has an impact on memorization. I also learned to knit! #EM203Robin
