#EM203Robin a quote that interests me and relates to my chosen problem is "Half of kids have a phone by age 8—and by 12, they’re glued to screens 4–5 hours a day. New study says this fuels aggression, anxiety, and identity loss." - Laura Ingraham

#EM203problems @EM203_JVW A problem that could be associated with effects of social media on the younger generation could be anxiety around academic image. Students could compare themselves with what they see online and feel anxious about how they present themselves.

Reflecting on the 3 M’s within my own learning, I no longer just read textbooks, I watch videos, listen to podcasts, and use apps. Constantly switching between these sources has created a learning approach that's multi-media, multi-modal, and multi-tasking. #EM203Robin

The first lessons from #EM203Robin have me rethinking how I can successfully learn in a digital world🌍. The content so far has made me realize I learn best through connectivism, which is building knowledge through others and the use of digital tools. Excited to keep learning!
