Nah. This is a great transformation. Looks like he gained at least 10-20 lbs of muscle. That’s realistic natty gains for 1 year of working out. With the new muscle, if he did a 12 week cut and got shredded, he’d look like a completely different human.

Over the past 3 weeks in EM-203, I have enjoyed learning about the digital age, which interests me and keeps me engaged in the content. I like how the content and tasks are very open and provide us freedom. I also enjoyed learning about different learning theories. #EM203Robin
