A way to combat eco-anxiety is to raise awareness, such as climate strikes (e.g. Climate Strike in September 2019).

Carpooling and use of public transportation are two easy ways to reduce air pollution

This is a great way to look at the situation and hold ourselves accountable. If we feel like we may need to justify our actions to our children and grandchildren, maybe we will start to implement major changes in our lives.

This course is truly unlike any other at Laurier. This week's introduction activity made me reflect on how many resources and ways of learning there are nowadays. The possibilities of learning are endless! #EM203Robin

@EM203_amandaF I completely agree Amanda! I think that something as important and broad as education can’t only be carried out in one way when everyone is so different!

I have learned that technology has a great impact on the way education may be delivered and on the way students learn. Many students have different learning styles, therefore, learning different ways in which these learning styles can be met is crucial! #em203robin

@EM203SHudson I totally agree Sarah! Finding out information on my own learning style has allowed me to find the best possible way to go about with learning and studying.

The first few weeks of EM203 have been very informative about the digital age and how it impacts our education. I was intrigued regarding the different learning styles and appreciate how I further developed my knowledge about my learning methods. #EM203Robin

@EM203WZheng This is so true! I think this course has been one that helps me reflect and think deeper than the surface, which I find different than a lot of my other electives. And yes, the possibilities of learning truly are endless!

So far this course has been nothing short of interesting and fun! What amazes me the most is this courses ability to teach something new to everyone regardless of which program they are in! I can’t wait to see what the rest of the semester has in store for me #EM203Robin
