I find it almost concerning that it has to be reassured that hand washing needs to be brought up as long term habit ... Why do we need a pandemic to remember to wash our hands? #EM203Robin

@Hailey_EM203 I agree with your take on online learning becoming even more relevant during these times of the COVID crisis. Im sure further on into the course we can apply even more knowledge to our current situation.

#EM203Robin I have learned the importance of the digital age and how the advancement of technology has impacted learning. Exploring the learning theories have opened my eyes to how teaching occurs today. These course concepts are even more relatable as we shift to online learning

@Em203Salter I find it so interesting that technology was the catalyst that prompted a change in our learning techniques, it makes me wonder how long we would have kept our traditional methods if major technological advancements never came about.

In #EM203Robin, I have learned that there is a science behind teaching with theoretical learning techniques that foster growth beyond the barriers of the classroom. I have learned that technology transformed the way people learn from passive to collaborative brain-based learning.

@matejapritchard Digital literacy is becoming or arguably already is a MUST in today's society! It's interesting to think about what will come next and if we will fall behind on our digital literacy as new technology comes out as our parents did!

@EM203JDuong I couldn't agree more! The difference between learning 50 years ago and today is astounding, technology has created all these different educational gateways for people to take to learn and teach to their own preference.

Within these past lessons of EM203 I have realized the bigger picture with regards to the impact that technology has on our lives. Most notably through the way we learn, the internet has the power to adapt and even completely change the ways in which we do it. #EM203Robin
