So far I am enjoying #EM203Robin I love learning about many teaching methods and this has been the most unique class I have taken so far in university. I find the learning-by-doing method very effective!

@EM203AgshayaB I agree with how lucky we are to have easy access to information, at this point you can learn an introductory level to almost anything with a quick Youtube search.

@Anthony3379285 I think at this point social media and x have become our modern day newspaper, and I think that's why the courses emphasis on it is actually so critical.

It's week 3 of EM203 and I have learned the true importance of digital communication. Social media tools such as X is just at our fingertips and allows us to communicate, emerge in politics, and education. X has a variety of purposes & I'm looking forward to using it. #EM203Robin

@Elizabethsbonil When it comes to social media technology, I hate that the unfortunate reality is that it is owned by companies that are paid to keep us online. Which comes with the consequences of it being tailored to what attracts our attention the most, making it so addictive.

so far in #EM203Robin I have learned a good amount about the digital age and how our generation has used it, and the type of dynamic we have with it, positives and negatives. Can't wait to learn more !

@AkhilBhuta16429 I agree, I find learning by reading alone to be quite difficult, I find what helps me best is images with examples, videos with step by step instructions, and most importantly a person who can answer my questions. I like to learn the course material with a text to speech plugin.

In #EM203Robin, I have been able to learn many interesting topics regarding the use of technology and media in education. I was particularly interested in the lesson discussed this week regarding multi-media and its importance.

@light_x0101 For week 3 I tried to learn how to do the poker chip/coin roll across your knuckles, easier than singing a song in a different language for sure, got a new desk fidget though!

Our first lessons in #EM203Robin going great! I really liked the week 3 activity where we learned a new skill. I tried to learn / sing a song in a different language and it was both a fun and humbling experience lol.

While learning in #EM203Robin I started thinking more about the impact of technologies on how we learn. Two of my thoughts are how amazing and underappreciated immediate access of knowledge is, and how destructive short form information can be to our attention span.
