To help students obtain proper nutrition, check out this article! One point that resonates with me is to limit sugar intake. This is difficult because lots of processed foods contain sugar. Having a sensible mindset can help strengthen students nutrition. clarke.edu/campus-life/he…

A prominent issue many university and college students face is the lack of nutrition we obtain on a regular basis. I suggest everyone takes a look at this website to see why a large portion of us lack nutrition. medicaldaily.com/food-insecurit…

Seeing the transformation Juventus is going through, they are focusing on developing young talent to strengthen its team going forward. Their first big investment was a , then 19 year old, who was bought by Juve to become their next CB. Seeing this report is tough to see.

Matthijs de Ligt tells Rondo: "What Mino Raiola said [leave in July] happened three months ago, so many things can change. At the moment I'm focused on this season". 🇳🇱 #Juve "I am really enjoying myself here at Juventus. I'm learning more every week and I really like that".

Hello, @owen_habib I really enjoyed your concept map! One problem you could add that relates to physical inactivity is the increased risk of dementia. #EM203

@MylesFaierstein Great post Myles! This course has certainly taught some very interesting concepts regarding the digital age. I am glad to see you enjoyed the behaviourism theory, and making that connection towards the digital age.

During the first 3 weeks of EM 203, we have examined learning in the digital age. I have learned about a variety of applicable learning theories, specifically, Behaviourism and how these theories and learning tools will contribute to my learning in the digital age. #EM203Robin

@EM203EKvil This post is amazing! I was also intrigued and surprised that creative activities have become less prevalent across the internet. I would see the advancement in technology as an opportunity to further creativity beyond pen and paper. There are copious amounts of software to use.

I learned from the first lesson that internet users have advanced throughout the years when looking at digital technologies. However, creative activities have become less prevalent across the internet according to the statistics provided in the lesson. #Em203Robin

@EM203Rafay Hey Rafay, I could not agree more! Learning by doing tasks, immersing yourself in the activity and being a part of projects certainly improves the quality of learning. It is exciting to see how innovation in technology can help make these interactions more accessible for all.

After 2 weeks of EM203 I think a intersting thing I learned is learning by doing is a very useful theory of learning. It allows you to retain recall how to do tasks at for example work much more efficiently compared to learning by viewing. #EM203Robin

@haye6570 Hey Kaileigh, love this tweet. Looking back on our lockdown period, technology has been an imperative tool that helped all of humanity stay connected. I am curious to see how this digital age and digital learning will continue to grow!

Thanks to modern technology, provincial lockdowns don't stop you from learning! In my "280 Characters or Less" course at Laurier, I've been introduced to how one learns in a digital age, my chosen method of learning, and how to tango. If you know, you know. #EM203Robin

@EM203SConnolly Hi Sean! I could not agree with you more, absolutely love the inclusiveness this course has between real-life application and interactions within the course. As for the learning by doing method, I too agree with your position. Learning by interacting surely helps me retain info.

The first 3 weeks of this course have been amazing! One particularly relevant lesson that I learned is that "learning by doing" is the teaching method that fits me the best. #EM203Robin

Of the many concepts covered within the first 2 weeks of EM203, one that is particularly relevant and something we students have been adapting to for a while is how to learn in a digital age. Constructivism helped strengthen my understanding of this topic. #EM203Robin

Klay Day Today. Excited to see him back on the court for the first time in 2 years. Might not be a GSW fan, but I do want to see Klay succeed.
