@GregPotterPhD hi I’m doing some research for a class and I’m working on excessive amounts of caffeine and its effects on physical and mental health! Can you tweet to me your thoughts?
Hi @thesleepdoctor I’m doing research for a class about excessive caffeine intake and its effects on mental and physical health! Could you tweet me back any effects this would have on sleep?
Caffeine is a wonderful drug, but it comes at a price. I'll show you how to strike the right balance with your caffeine consumption.

Avoid energy drinks!
1. Most energy drinks contain 100 - 300 milligrams of caffeine in a single can.
2. Too much caffeine can cause anxiety, digestive upset, and fast irregular heartbeat.
3. Energy drinks also contain high amounts of added sugar.
4. Added sugar has been linked to diabetes, heart disease, weight gain, and many other health problems.
5. Energy drinks tend to shoot up your blood sugar levels, followed by a sugar crash (steep drop in blood sugar) and fatigue.
6. Regular intake of energy drinks can distort your metabolism.
7. It is healthier to drink water or coffee than to binge on energy drinks.

Since only one person posted in my group, I will identify a problem in my own concept map! The problem I see in my map is — overconsumption of caffeine and its associated health risks! #EM203PROBLEMS
@EM203jchahalll your concept map was amazing! I love the idea and the problem I see in the map is— reliable bipolar treatment accessibility for Canadian individuals! #EM203PROBLEMS
Now into my third week in EM203, I've been able to learn about several new concepts. One being the learning ideology "constructivism", meaning all learners have slightly different interpretations of lessons as their past experiences shape the way they learn #EM203Robin
I believe EM203 is a very unique class. In week 2, I learned about connectivism, and this week I solved a challenging sudoku puzzle for the first time in 10 years, it was so much fun! Plus, thanks to this class, I’m more active on X (Twitter) than ever before! #EM203Robin
