The problem I have chosen to identify is the increase of anxiety among children and youth. Children and adolescent’s mental health is very important, especially after the last few years of pandemic living. #EM203Robin#EM203problem
Children in care and foster care are particularly vulnerable to developing poor mental health. What needs to be done to improve the support given to these children and their carers?

@COVID_Mentality How can parents and school staff support children who may be struggling with the return to school after pandemic learning? #EM203Robin
The rise in need for therapy has increased since the beginning of the pandemic! This shows that there is a strong importance in looking into Covid-19 and mental health. What questions do you have on this topic?? #covidmentality#COVID19#therapy#MentalHealthAwareness

@EM203_aburge Hey Amanda! Your concept map is very interesting and touches on some important topics regarding education. Another subtopic could be accessibility (ex. to resources, support, materials, funds, how physically accessible things are in the classroom/school…).
@ariana_bill Hey Ariana! I am also new to Twitter. I never thought that I would be signing up to use it for school. It is interesting to see how it can be used for educational purposes.
As a new Twitter user and someone unaccustomed to the ins and outs of this particular platform, I have learned a lot about Twitter these past few weeks in EM203. I have also really enjoyed learning how both our digital environment and the 3M's impact our learning.

@Em203Katj Hey Kat! It's hard not to spend a lot of time online when most of our lives require some form of technology, especially during the pandemic. Everyone became reliant on technology for school, work, social events, etc. This is definitely not just a “young people” issue.
@Rhavin13 Hey Rhavin! It was hard learning that we actually can’t multitask even though we have so many moving parts in our lives right now (school, work, personal lives, many classes…)! It is even harder to not multitask in the digital age because so many things are happening at once.
Over the past few weeks I have learned a few new things in EM203 which have changed my perspective on learning theories. One thing that stood out to me the most was multitasking and how inefficient it is even if I think otherwise. #EM203Robin
@EM203KhokharV Hey Vanessa! I agree that technology will forever be a constantly evolving and changing part of our lives. We will have to find creative and educational ways to implement it in our classrooms (or other teaching settings).
I'm really enjoying the course content so far in EM203! I think it's important to discover the changes in how we learn especially with the rise of technology as this is something we will do our entire lives. Can't wait to see what in store for the next weeks ahead! #EM203Robin
@EM203_Bianca Hey Bianca! I also tried the knitting challenge and found it to actually be fun! Made a few mistakes in the beginning, but I think I'm getting better.
EM203 has been an incredibly interesting course so far. It's only been three weeks and I've found myself doing new things already! This week, I knitted a 5cm x 5cm square and it was extremely rewarding because I learned a new skill and it felt like an accomplishment!! #EM203Robin
The first three weeks of EM203 have been super interesting, especially learning about the role of technology in education during the digital age. It was fun trying something new and learning a new activity. I can’t wait to see what we learn about next! #EM203Robin
