hoping to get some of your thoughts and opinions. We know that due to the social stigma, less men pursue help for mental health issues. In a perfect world, what changes would you make in order to see more men seek help for their issues? How do we solve this problem?

EM203 so far has been a very interesting course so far and I have learned a lot of new things that I will apply to real life scenarios. For example I got a better understanding on sudoko, how many people use the internet, connectivism theory. #EM203Robin

@_KaranGoel It was also my first time-solving sudoku haha. I was kinda scared when I first started but then it all started to come together after the first square. Felt very rewarding afterwards but I can see how it can be frustrating.

In the first few weeks of EM203 I learned about the media and how it affects us on a day to day basis. I also learned about the benefits of the internet which made me appreciate it more. Alongside all this, I solved sudoku for the first time. #EM203Robin

@EM203alexb Great point, @EM203alexb! It's crucial to question whether multitasking is truly the skill we should prioritize in a world filled with distractions. Perhaps we should focus on mindfulness and deep work, enabling us to excel in one task at a time and boost overall productivity.

We live in an age where employers emphasize the importance of solid multi-tasking skills when in actuality, multi-tasking has proven to have adverse effects on the performance of tasks being performed simultaneously. Are these really the skills we want to prioritize? #EM203Robin
