I have really enjoyed learning about the digital age in this course. I have learned about the different kinds of media, how people that grew up in the digital era are good at multi tasking and the different learning theories. I have really enjoyed this course so far. #EM203Robin

@em203nquelhas Hi Nicole! Thats a great point, I think it’s really easy for people to get caught up in the benefits and forget about the negative aspects

Digital learning supports active, multimodal learning, utilizing visual, auditory, and spatial modes. But remember, multitasking can hurt focus. Research shows juggling tasks often leads to a decline in performance. Stay focused for better results! #EM203Robin

@EM203HChen Hi Haley, I agree! It’s been interesting learning a bit more of the explanation behind our learning even though it just seems normal to us that digital media is such a big part of our academics

My thoughts on the first three classes of EM203 are positive. I am enjoying Module 1, especially 'how we learn in the digital age'. Being in school during a time when technology is so prominent makes it intriguing to see how it has shaped our learning strategies. #EM203Robin

Hi everyone! I have been learning a lot in this course about adapting learning in the very impactful digital age. I also had lots of fun learning my new skill of Sudoku, and found it to be a fun challenge for my thinking. I can’t wait for the upcoming weeks! #EM203Robin
