At @AskhamBryan college we are building with bricks from York Handmade bricks, manufactured 14 miles from site to reduce delivery miles. Natural lime mortar allows the bricks to be reused at the end of the building's life. All backed by @PorothermUK clay blocks to reduce cement.

At @AskhamBryan we are reducing the embodied carbon in this teaching block by specifying a glulam frame instead of steel. The clay blocks infilling between the frames contain recycled material and reduce the use of cement in this sustainable building. @HACSGroup @Aspect4Limited

The renovation of Beck Cottage, an interesting estate house, is now under way. We look forward to seeing new life being breathed into the house, working with the period architectural features. @BishopBurton @riseholmecampus
