Our final award The Lord Mayor's Award - The best of the best goes to York Scarborough Bridge, a very challenging project that meets and exceeds all the main judging criteria of design quality, context, materials and workmanship, and the ability to delight

The Sustainability Award goes to the Digital Skills Academy, @AskhamBryan College for its well-balanced integration of energy efficiency, ecological design and environmental care. Architect/Designer: Evans McDowell Architects Builder: Ashcourt Group

The second winner in the John Shannon Conservation Award category is The Georgian Townhouse in Walmgate - A sensitive approach to a city centre restoration. Client/Developer: Beth Davies Architect/Designer: Walker Graham Architects Builder: Ebor Construction

The second winner in the Public Realm/Open Spaces category goes to the Anne Lister & David Kato Student Accommodation Client/Developer: @UniofYork Architect/Designer: @SheppardRobson Builder: @GRAHAMGroupUK

The first of our two award winners in the Public Realm/Open Space category goes to York Scarborough Bridge, a successful integration of engineering, architecture and landscape design to produce a structure that is both aesthetically pleasing and of great public benefit.

The Commercial/Community (Large) category recognises a building of impressive quality in terms of its design and workmanship. The winner is Wilberforce House Client/Developer: @WilberforceYork Architect/Designer: KS Architects Builder: @WilliamBirchLtd

The second winner in the Commercial/Community (small) category goes to 7 Tower Street. This historic building restoration project has a distinctly modern extension. Client/Developer: @PropertyIntegra Architect/Designer: Fining Associates Builder: York Builder
