Dear @Avis please don’t put my name on the rental board for Avis preferred members (confirming my reservation) only to be sent back to the counter after trying to exit. A confirmation was given and yet I was sent back. Not cool to do have to do at midnight. 🤷🏽‍♂️

@AmericanAir I love @AmericanAir and dislike when I’m sent to call customer service and then that person sends me right back to the front desk person that asked me to call them. The problem was solved and the rsw team went above and beyond to ensure a computer glitch was solved by humans. TY
