people wonder why adults in their 30s suddenly start picking up hobbies like running, hiking, tennis, and golf. the answer is simple for a lot of people. they weren’t born privileged. their teens and early twenties were spent surviving not exploring. now that there’s a little more time and a little more room, they’re finally getting to become the people they always wanted to be.

We have been patient with this company 💃💃💃 Buying myself some ETFs with this money. Because dividends aren’t income (yet), they’re fuel for compounding 📈

Retail Bond investors, hope you have received your interest statements 💃🏽. Income I earned in 2022 is still paying me today. Please note I have stopped adding to my Retail bonds for now because the rate is below 10% on a 5 year fixed bond. I only add when rates are attractive

@Lazoumance1 Eish, when you get in important, consider averaging down now if you still have the appetite to add more and if it part of your long term hold

@EMukumbo We are getting hit hard, my cost basis is 70,90. Chased it at highs 😂😂

@SthuliSkandabah It is never too late, but I would look at the current rate and compare it to rate you would get in a savings account for example before making that choice. I got in when the rate was above 10%
