Researchers from @JohnsHopkinsSPH examined associations between #brain volumes & patterns of PA in older adults. Results suggest white matter brain structure in this population is associated with the total amount of PA and the PA accumulation patterns. pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/33230557/
