Back for a moment to the issue of protecting women’s only spaces. I’ve reported extensively on it. A San Francisco YMCA — not far from where I went to high school — received a flood of complaints after a man was walking around naked for months in the women’s locker room. Their new “progressive” rules? • “nudity should be discreet, limited, and brief” • “please maintain an appropriate Covid-like distance from others” • hair dryers are only “for drying hair” • children 5+ in opposite-sex locker rooms must be accompanied by a parent This is NOT a fix. I have an easier answer: Don’t let men into women’s only spaces.
