Prosecutors say Baker "accidentally discharged" his gun, while the female officer's family previously said the situation "does not pass the smell test," according to local news. Officer Carlos A. Baker and Officer Krystal Rivera are seen in the bodycam footage chasing a suspect. Suspect Jaylin Arnold had been observed walking with an "unusual bulge" under his jacket, which they believed may have been a drum magazine.
