[Intella X Pivot Announcement] Dear Intella X Community,

Today, we would like to provide you with an important update on Intella X’s future direction and new business initiatives. Reflection on Our Journey & Pivot Announcement  Since 2022, we have been developing Intella X, a Web3 gaming platform with the goal of building a strong IX token ecosystem. To activate the gaming ecosystem, we established a game portfolio based on NEOWIZ’s lineup and developed key infrastructure—Wallet, DEX, NFT Launchpad/marketplace and etc—to facilitate seamless trading of game assets for users.  Additionally, we pursued strategic partnerships to expand our ecosystem, aiming to position Intella X as a key component of the broader Web3 ecosystem, beyond gaming.  However, over the past few years, interest in the Web3 gaming market has declined faster than expected, both from users and investors. As a result, acquiring users and generating revenue has become increasingly more challenging. Given these challenges, we have come to a conclusion that overcoming the limitations of the current market would be difficult, and therefore, made a strategic decision to pivot and explore new directions and opportunities. 

Key Considerations in Determining Our New Business Strategies There are three critical factors we focused on as we explored new business directions. And we believe that all three of these criteria have to be met in order to build a meaningful Web3 ecosystem.  1️⃣Product Market Fit 
Does the product align with the core values of Web3?
2️⃣ Market Size
Is there a large user base, and does the market have high growth potential?
3️⃣ Differentiation
Can we establish a clear and competitive advantage over existing products in the market?

After reviewing various business ideas based on these three factors, we have decided Web3 prediction platform ‘PredictGo’ to be our new business direction.

Hello Hoomans, This is the Early Retired Cats Club. We would like to share our direction, regarding the current situation of our main powerhouse @TeamIntella shifting its direction to a new business. It is without doubt that @ERCCnft is positioned as the very main collection of the Intella ecosystem, with its utilities rooted from the projects of Intella X. This will not change, and ERCC will still stand as part of the next business the team is headed. The previous Snapshots & boosts have been safely recorded, and will be considered for compensation upon the growth of the next project: The team plans to concentrate our efforts on growing the new business, and once it reaches a sufficient scale, we will certainly explore avenues for connecting it with ERCC. Until then, ERCC will continue to fulfill its role for the community, but other operational aspects will unfortunately be scaled back. We believe that this decision ultimately serves both the best interests of our holders and the project long term. Thank you as always for your unwavering support. Sincerely, Team ERCC
