It's that time again, Box Office BIGSHOTS! Can you correctly pick the TOP 10 WORLDWIDE highest-grossing Hollywood films of the summer? If so, you'll be 2025’s B.O.B.—Box Office Bigshot. Fame. Fortune. Influence. Will all be yours. To qualify, picks must be posted by Wednesday, April 30th, 2025 @ 11:59pm PT. THE RULES: 5 points for every correct film in the domestic Top 10, regardless of placement. Then, an additional 10 points for #1, 9 points for #2, 8 points for #3…1 point for #10, etc. if you correctly guess the exact placement of any of the Top 10 highest-grossing films. MORE RULES: Totals are from films released domestically from the 1st weekend of May through Labor Day weekend. Grosses don't stop on Labor Day, though, as films keep tabulating until they leave theaters. So, winner will likely be announced in the fall. EVEN MORE RULES: Drop your Top 10 picks on the timeline before midnight on 4/30/25 and be sure to include a tie-breaker, which is the exact dollar amount the #1 film will wind up with globally. So list your films like this: 1. RODNEY'S RADICAL ADVENTURE ($959,555,555) 2. UNTITLED SEQUEL 3. UNTITLED THREEQUEL And so on… Will there be a prize? I mean, maybe. Isn't being the BOX OFFICE BIGSHOT enough, though?

MGM's PROJECT HAIL MARY is expected to launch into the box office stars--$50M+ this weekend. What say you Box Office Explorers?

She dead. All the way dead. WB's THE BRIDE! will lose nearly 2,600 theaters in just its 3rd weekend--708 venues starting Friday.

WB's THEY WILL KILL YOU goes for the jugular in 2,700+ theaters next weekend.

MGM’s PROJECT HAIL MARY is a love letter to life, in all forms. Ryan Gosling elevates and illuminates every scene, as he often does. This has all the ingredients to become a blockbuster hit. Would be out-of-this-world to see the $200M+ sci-fi flick follow the star path that THE MARTIAN ($630M) and GRAVITY ($723M) did. For MGM/Amazon it officially launches their big budget theatrical dreams—the stardust cinema era. One small step for theatrical, one giant leap for MGM. Gotta stick that landing.

Sounding off. A24's UNDERTONE rang up $9.3M in its debut with a micro-budget of just $500k. Serious coinage.

Still killin' it. Paramount's SCREAM 7 sliced up another $17.75M worldwide this weekend, $177M total.

WB's THE BRIDE! short-circuited with just $2.1M in its 2nd weekend, dropping -70%, just $11M total. That $80M budget looming large...

Girl power. Colleen Hoover's REMINDERS OF HIM scored $18.2M in its debut this weekend, with women making up 80% of the audience.
