Glass pads wear out. Coated surfaces degrade. High-use areas turn into dead zones. We studied the market, found the problem & built the solution. ERRENNIR OMEGA (Ω) — Pure speed without the coating curse. errennir.myshopify.com/products/erren…

"I am the Alpha and the Omega, the Beginning and the End" ERRENNIR Ω DISCLAIMER: This pad was sent to me for review; however, my thoughts remain my own. Dimensions ۶ৎ 490 x 420 x 4 mm Base ۶ৎ Very Firm Contents included ۶ৎ Mousepad ۶ৎ Errennir Pom dots ۶ৎ Cleaning Cloth Mouse and Skates used ۶ৎ Logitech Superlight 2c - Full Sizes X-Raypad Jades * ۶ৎ Razer Viper Mini SE - Artisan Mizugumo Futae P8 ۶ৎ G-Wolves HTX mini 8k- Errennir Pom dots ۶ৎ ULX Frostlord Small - Ghostglides Cyclone Pro Polarity Edition ۶ৎ Hitscan Hyperlight - X-Raypad Obsidian pro air dots * = my personal preference Usage Time ۶ৎ About 55 Hrs Games played ۶ৎ Valorant ۶ৎ Call of Duty: Black Ops 7 ۶ৎ Overwatch ۶ৎ Apex Legends Impressions The developers of Vancer Ice improved their original surface and brought the Errennir Ω to life. This pad is FAST; it rivals some of the glasspads I own in speed. The pad is faster than my GLSSWRKS Polarity, making it, in my opinion, very close to the Beast/Guardian in terms of speed. This makes the pad faster than the Artisan Raiden, naturally. My unit has very uniform stitching all around, and the base is excellent. This pad really shines in more track-heavy games than in tactical shooters due to its low static and dynamic friction with PTFE. The base is very firm, with almost 0 give when pressing down. Surface The pad's surface is very interesting. It is a glass-infused fabric, but it is engineered so fine that it almost feels like silicone. It is very smooth and offers nearly 0 feedback when aiming or using it in-game. Since it is a glass-infused speed pad, the surface is right out of the box and doesn't need a significant break-in period. When running my hand across the surface, it feels matte. In addition, it does not feel floaty at all when using. I believe some chemical treatment was applied to this pad's surface, as it is actually waterproof despite being fabric. Something I do dislike about the pad, however, is that it picks up fingerprints very easily. It will leave streaks along the pad, especially if you rest your arm on it. Fortunately, it does wipe away fairly easily with the included cloth. Interactions with mouse skates The material of the mouse skate, as well as the shape of the mouse skate, play a significant role in the overall glide of the surface. When using this surface, I actually prefer full-size skates over dots with this pad. Even though the pad is very firm, the greater surface area of full-size skates provides a more balanced, slightly tactile feel when aiming with the pad. I traditionally prefer that tactile feel underneath, as it helps prevent me from overflicking as much. To add to this, using full-size skates makes the pad feel more uniform and balanced. The larger skates spread the pressure more evenly onto the surface, making the X and Y feel nearly identical. Meanwhile, when using dot skates, the X-axis feels faster than the Y-axis. This makes it feel inconsistent when moving diagonally. Surprisingly, it doesn't chew through my mouse skates as much as I thought it would. Material- and shape-wise, the P8 skates from Artisan are the most controlled. The unique shape, along with the POM choice, makes it have more static friction than the X-ray Obsidian pros. Despite this, they have very similar stopping power, which is typical for POM and UHMW-PE. UHMW-PE typically exhibits greater static friction with POM, while maintaining similar dynamic friction, but this isn't the case with the unique sizing and shape of the Artisan dots. Using Full-size X-ray Jades on this pad provides a uniform and balanced feel, while the Polarity skates are by far the fastest skates I used on this pad, despite being a really balanced skate on every other pad that I own. Pros ۶ৎ Excellent packaging + great quality pad ۶ৎ The base is very similar to the Gecko, almost like an improved version ۶ৎ Very smooth surface, a sleeve is not needed ۶ৎ Waterproof surface, making it very easy to clean ۶ৎ Arguably the fastest cloth pad on the market Cons ۶ৎ Picks up fingerprints very easily ۶ৎ Inconsistent with dot skates ۶ৎ Little to no stopping power may be a turn-off for a lot of people ۶ৎ Strong chemical smell during initial opening Final Impressions Overall, this pad is a 4/5. This pad has a lot of potential, and its surface is very unique. Although it is a glass-infused surface, it doesn't have the texture of other pads like the Vancer Ice, Glorious Ice, or even the Shidenkai. The surface is exceptionally smooth. I do wonder how well this pad will age in the long term. Many glass-infused pads are chemically or surface-treated, which can wear down over time. This breakdown occurs due to constant friction from mouse skates (which causes abrasive wear) and higher cleaning sensitivity. This typically results in a shorter lifespan than traditional clothpads; however, this pad might be able to beat that stigma. It is glass-infused, but doesn't have that fiberglass top layer like Vancer or the micro-glass bead coating on the Shidenkai. It also doesn't feel laminated like the Glorious Ice either. I am very interested in the pad's surface formulation and will provide updates on its durability over time. This is a very fun pad to use and will definitely be added to my rotation.

@ERRENNIR @AddiceInc @Yoozy0912 @FreshReviewsYT @Themasterpce From your website and your posts on X recently i did not honestly know but after looking deeper on older posts it was explained so its my own fault for not researching. That said this is a very unique pad and if its durable i will be my new main.

@Adam69135 @A_R_E_S_Aim Bro, this is way too expensive! The shipping and customs fees are unbelievably high. I'm wondering if there's anything I can do to help you out. What are your thoughts?

@Adam69135 @A_R_E_S_Aim Brother, thank you so much for your support. I can only say you won't be disappointed. $150 is too much. How could it be so expensive? Shipping costs? Customs duties?
