@PrimoWater I need help with my account. I keep getting billed incorrectly, and the customer service number cannot seem to correct the problem.

@TheSavBananas I don’t see an email address to send this request. I just bought tickets for April 26 at Yankee Stadium. I didn’t see that they were standing room only. A member of my party cannot stand for long. Is it possible to either exchange the tickets or get a refund?
