Hey, @PrimoWater - You did it again. Not only did you charge MY card for deliveries NOT being delivered, but you delivered, AGAIN, to the wrong address... this is 7 months in a row, and your incompetence is showing. I'm contacting my bank to chargeback, but what happened? You used to be a great company until your site or something changed last year... Seriously, how hard is to to STOP. Delivering. To. The. Wrong. Address? And STOP charging my card for deliveries not happening. @OhioAG - may be time to look into this company charging for phantom deliveries and then not correcting services after 7 months. Primo - I DM'd you. Nothing. The issue remains. So, I, along with several members of the community, are going to be canceling our subs. Sure, we may only be a dozen or so customers, but until you get your stuff in order, NO one should be ordering through you. 7 months. And you still cannot get an address right.

@PrimoWater Your outdoor dispenser at CVS #9692 in Burbank has been vandalized; the coil acceptor is jammed, the bill acceptor will not take bills, and the display is dim and looks like it's come off its mount.

@PrimoWater is the worst company to do business with. They mess up every order, every bill, don’t answer emails or the phone, then send a late fee for an invoice that is on autopay. I would not recommend to anyone considering it. Im cancelling as soon as someone answers the phone

We have to use your service because our daughter reacts badly to any water other than Mountain Valley Spring Water. But your Seattle @PrimoWater branch has been acting in a way that feels almost like a scam. They picked up the bottles they “mistakenly” delivered, yet they still have not refunded our bottle deposits($360) and never respond to our messages. Isn’t this taking advantage of people who are already in a difficult situation?
