Avoid @Primowater like the plague! Primo brands is one of the worst companies that I've ever had to deal with. Their service sucks which they then follow up with deceptive business practices.

Do NOT use @PrimoWater. They are a scam company. We were billed for a water subscription and we never received the order. Even after we cancelled our subscription, they are still invoicing and sending us a bill each month. Luckily @Chase has great credit card protection. Avoid!!

@PrimoWater Hey why are you guys charging me for cooler rentals when I own them? I have tried repeatedly to have the billing fixed for MONTHS now & it hasn't stopped. I have called, emailed, & used the chat feature. I have paid over $12k in rental fees for equipment I own!
