To, Hon'ble Chief Minister @myogiadityanath Ji, Government of Uttar Pradesh, Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh. Subject: Regarding increasing the number of vacant posts in UPSI Recruitment 2025 (Advertisement No. PRPB-B (Sub-Inspector Cadre)-03/2025), issuing scorecards/marksheets along with the written examination results, and filling the posts by issuing a waiting list in case of vacancies remaining after the final selection results. Sir, We humbly request that we are competitive students from Uttar Pradesh. We have already appeared in the UPSI 2025-26 examination for recruitment to the post of Sub-Inspector (SI) in the police department, which was held on March 14th and 15th, 2025. Sir, we would like to bring to your attention some important issues regarding promotions and other shortcomings in the ongoing recruitment process. 1. Heavy competition: This year, over 16.5 lakh candidates applied for just 4543 posts, indicating high competition. 2. Long-term absence of recruitment: This recruitment has come after a gap of five years, resulting in lakhs of applications being filled and approximately 10 lakh 77 thousand candidates appearing for the examination. 3. Availability of vacant posts: There are still many vacant sub-inspector posts in the Uttar Pradesh Police, which can be filled by increasing the number of posts in the recruitment process currently underway. 4. The total number of positions in the previous UPSI recruitment in 2020-21 was 9,534. However, this year, after nearly five years, recruitment is being conducted for 4,543 positions in the 2025-26 recruitment, but the number of positions is less than half of the previous recruitment. This is extremely low due to the intense competition. If the number of positions is increased in the current exam, it would be a huge opportunity for qualified candidates. 5. In previous Police Recruitment Board examinations, it has been observed that only the list of successful candidates is released, leaving many candidates without knowing their qualifying marks. Therefore, we humbly request that when the UPSI Recruitment 2025 written exam results are announced, the scorecards of all candidates (both successful and unsuccessful) be made available on the official website during the DV/PST results. Normalized marks and sectional marks should also be displayed along with the results. This will bring transparency to the recruitment process and strengthen students' trust in the Board. 6. Sir, after the final selection results, some seats remain vacant due to the medical process and some selected candidates not joining. These should be filled by releasing a waiting list from among other candidates in the same recruitment so that no seats remain vacant and other candidates get a chance. Therefore, Honorable CM of @UPGovt we, all the candidates of UPSI Recruitment 2025-26, humbly request you that in order to further strengthen law and order in Uttar Pradesh and provide employment to the unemployed youth, please increase the number of posts in the ongoing UPSI Recruitment 2025-26 recruitment process from 4543 to at least 6500-7000, show the scorecards of the written examination and fill the vacant posts from the waiting list after the final selection result. #UPSI के साथियों राघव भैया 13 अप्रैल 2026 की रात को जेल से रिहा हो चुके है... साथियों 11 अप्रैल 2026 को राघव भैया को लखनऊ पुलिस ने गिरफ्तार कर जेल भेज दिया था। घटनाक्रम के अनुसार राघव भैया को बिना ठोस कारण के अनुचित तरीके से 11 अप्रैल की सुबह लगभग 10 बजे चारबाग रेलवे स्टेशन से लखनऊ पुलिस ने डिटेन किया था फिर उसके बाद राघव भैया को हुसैनगंज पुलिस चौकी ले जाया गया फिर कुछ देर बाद वन्हा से लखनऊ पुलिस राघव भैया को जीप के द्वारा हुसैनगंज कोतवाली ले गई जहां राघव भैया को लगभग 02 घंटे रखा गया फिर उसके बाद राघव भैया को एक कार से सादा कपड़े पहने दो लोगों के द्वारा जो खुद को पुलिसकर्मी बता रहे थे उनके द्वारा राघव भैया को हुसैनगंज कोतवाली से गौमती नगर थाने ले जाया गया जहां शाम तक रखा गया और हर जगह राघव भैया को अपनी मुहिम को छोड़ने के लिए अनावश्यक रूप से बार बार कहा गया और फिर बाद में राघव भैया को एक पुलिस थाने से दूसरे पुलिस थाने लगातार घुमाते हुए आखिरकार तीसरे पुलिस थाने गोमती नगर थाने से शाम को चिनहट अस्पताल में मेडिकल के लिए ले जाया गया फिर डालीगंज के ACP कोर्ट में पेश करने के बाद 2 दिन के लिए जेल भेज दिया गया। जहां राघव भैया को बहुत ही बुरी स्थिति में रहना पड़ा। साथियों राघव भैया को किस जुर्म और किस कारण से डिटेन किया गया इसका कारण और जवाब शायद लखनऊ पुलिस के पास नही है? क्योंकि राघव भैया ने 10 अप्रैल 2026 को उत्तर प्रदेश सरकार के कुछ मंत्री और विधायकों को संवैधानिक और शांतिपूर्ण रूप से लिखित रूप में ज्ञापन दिए गए थे जो संबंधित मंत्री और विधायक महोदयों द्वारा ले लिए गए थे। तो फिर क्या अब संवैधानिक और शांतिपूर्ण रूप से ज्ञापन देना भी अपराध या जुर्म है? यदि अपने जनप्रतिनिधियों को ज्ञापन देना अपराध है तो फिर लखनऊ पुलिस के द्वारा 10 अप्रैल को ज्ञापन देने वाले उन सभी सैकड़ों व्यक्तियों को भी गिरफ्तार करना चाहिए था जिन्होंने उन्हीं मंत्रियों को अपनी अपनी विभिन्न समस्याओं के लिए ज्ञापन दिया था जिन मंत्री और विधायकों को राघव भैया के द्वारा ज्ञापन दिया गया था। राघव भैया अपनी #UPSI की 4543 पदों की भर्ती में 2000 पदों की वृद्धि की माँग, लिखित परीक्षा का स्कोर कार्ड और सार्वजनिक रूप से रैंक लिस्ट जारी करने और अंतिम परिणाम के साथ वेटिंग लिस्ट भी जारी करने की माँग कर रहे थे। इस माँग के लिए राघव भैया अलग अलग जनप्रतिनिधियों से मिल कर ज्ञापन दे रहे थे। ध्यान रहे इस बीच राघव भैया के द्वारा कोई धरना या प्रदर्शन नहीं किया गया था और न ही कोई शांतिभंग की गई थी। फिर भी राघव भैया का चालान BNS की धारा 170/126/135 के अंतर्गत किया गया था और उनको दो दिन के लिए जेल भेजा गया था। सवाल है कि सरकार और प्रशासन को बेरोजगार युवाओं से क्या खतरा है? जो संवैधानिक और शांतिपूर्ण रूप से ज्ञापन देने पर जेल भेज दिया जा रहा है? अब राघव भैया रिहा हो चुके हैं, राघव भैया की रिहाई और हौंसला अफजाई में सबसे महत्वपूर्ण भूमिका निभाने वाले आदरणीय बड़े भाई @GovindMishraMrj भैया, @yuvahallabol के राष्ट्रीय कार्यकारी अध्यक्ष को राघव राघव भैया की तरफ से धन्यवाद ज्ञापित करता हूं जिन्होंने राघव भैया के संघर्ष और जुल्म के 03 दिन तन और मन से साथ खड़े रहे। साथ ही लखनऊ पुलिस द्वारा राघव भैया के साथ गलत कार्यवाही के खिलाफ और राघव भैया की रिहाई के लिए आवाज उठाने एग्जामपुर के @kmrvivek14 सर के साथ साथ सभी अध्यापकों जिन्होने राघव भैया के लिए ट्विटर पर ट्वीट या यूट्यूब पर वीडियो बनाकर आवाज उठाई उसके लिए सभी को राघव भैया की तरफ से धन्यवाद ज्ञापित करता हूं। साथ ही राघव भैया के सभी शुभचिंतकों और #UPSI के हजारों परीक्षार्थियों ने राघव भैया के लिए आवाज उठाई उन सभी का भी राघव भैया की तरफ से धन्यवाद ज्ञापित करता हूं। साथियों राघव भैया जल्दी ही आप लोगों से स्वयं ट्विटर पर ट्वीट के माध्यम से आगे की जानकारी देंगे, अभी राघव भैया की जेल से रिहाई के बाद उनका स्वास्थ्य ठीक नहीं है, उनकी तबियत थोड़ी डाउन है। तब तक आप संवैधानिक और शांतिपूर्ण रूप से X (ट्विटर) के माध्यम एवं अपने अपने क्षेत्र के जनप्रतिनिधियों को अपने ग्रह जनपद में उनके आवास पर जाकर ज्ञापन देकर अपनी सभी मांगों को उत्तर प्रदेश सरकार और माननीय सीएम @myogiadityanath महाराज जी तक पहुंचाने का काम करते रहिए। #UPSI परीक्षार्थियों की मुख्य 03 मांगे~ 01. वर्तमान में प्रक्रियाधीन #UPSI भर्ती में कम से कम 02 हजार पदों की वृद्धि की जाए। 02. रिजल्ट के साथ स्कोरकार्ड दिखाएं जाएं और सार्वजनिक रूप से रैंक लिस्ट जारी की जाए। 03. अंतिम चयन परिणाम के बाद खाली पदों को वेटिंग लिस्ट जारी कर भरा जाए। #UPSI_INCREASE_2000_POST #UPSI_GIVE_WAITING_LIST #UPSI_SHOW_MARKS
