Btw what happens is drivers see that autopilot is about to cause a crash and disengage it to try to stop the crash and it’s too late. Then tesla gets to say that autopilot wasn’t engaged

tesla used to have an edge back in the day for leading in time to market and rate of innovation - do yall remember that? then something happened. kinda started with the twitter acquisition now it’s known as having constant delays while competitors catch up - whether it’s in EV, humanoid robots or autonomy. tesla’s valuation is fully baked in until they can decrease the discount rate applied via actually delivering on promises / timelines. it’s the most expensive Mag 7, while underperforming over the last several years throughout the ai bubble but hey - the tesla cult / “influencers” will be happy to monetize all that attention and engagement while assuring you it’s “coming soon” and that “they’re ahead of everyone else” better to be a little late than too early. all the buy and hold folks haven’t made money in years. actively managing positions is / has been the way until it’s certified go time

Difference between my $TSLA PT of $325 and others at $1,000/$2,000 or more: IMO, there will be many unsupervised autonomous platforms in five years - not just Tesla. TSLA bulls are making the same mistake they made in 2020-2021 in thinking only TSLA could build high quality long-range EVs for under $30K. I’ve long argued that unsupervised autonomy will be table stakes for all auto manufacturers - or they will exit the business. Do you really think state, federal, and international regulators are going to favor TSLA over everyone else in allowing autonomous ride-hailing? Zero chance. Like EVs, unsupervised autonomous ride hailing will be a very competitive marketplace and four factors — highest efficacy, lowest cost, shortest wait time, and best marketing — will determine who wins.

90% of car trips are made with 2 passengers or less. Therefore the Tesla Robotaxi only needs 2 seats. 90% of the time I spend at home I don’t eat, so I replaced my kitchen at home with a big office. If I get hungry, I can just get takeout. 90% of the time I use my phone, I don’t use the camera, so my new phone doesn’t have a camera and comes with only 8GB of storage. If I need to take a photo, I can just use the DSLR. 90% of each day I don’t lift heavy weights so might as well just get fat and weak. If I need to lift a weight, I can ask someone else to do it. 90% of the time I don’t wear a suit. So I threw mine away. If I need one, I can always just rent one from a shop.

These models will run the world. It matters a great deal whether they sympathize more with murderers or murder victims
