Du point de vue de l’éthique, cultiver sa liberté de conscience consiste à écouter les avis contraires (surtout ceux qui nous irritent le plus), à les confronter, à les vérifier, et ensuite seulement à se forger sa propre opinion, pour la rendre la plus objective possible…

Il faut lire ce remarquable article du NYT qui explique pourquoi existent des risques systémiques à l'égard de l'IA. Non pas parce qu'il s'agit fondamentalement d'une technologie incontrôlable. Mais parce que les intérêts des acteurs ne sont pas alignés : (i) l'administration des USA, qui ne veut pas de régulation pour battre à tout prix la Chine (ii) Les concepteurs des models frontières qui évoquent le risque pour l'emploi mais qui au fond s'en moquent parce qu'ils savent bien qu'ils sont du bon côté de la barrière (iii) les travailleurs qui n'ont plus de moyens de représentation forts, qui sont désunis et ne peuvent appeler aux changements nécessaires (iv) les entreprises qui dans une logique court termiste justifient à bon compte des licenciements pour faire monter leurs cours boursiers A lire de toute urgence nytimes.com/2026/04/30/opi…
