Here are the facts. ⬇️ I purchased the PRO weekly subscription ($19) on 2026-07-26 via Alipay (processed through Stripe). Two material defects: 1️⃣ MODEL NAME MISMATCH (BAIT-AND-SWITCH) The plan page advertises "zyloo/glm-5.2" as a core "unlimited" benefit. But the API actually returns the model identifier "z-ai/glm-5" — a completely different version. Verified across 5 successful requests: [01] HTTP=200 actual model = z-ai/glm-5 [02] HTTP=200 actual model = z-ai/glm-5 [03] HTTP=200 actual model = z-ai/glm-5 [04] HTTP=200 actual model = z-ai/glm-5 [05] HTTP=200 actual model = z-ai/glm-5 This is not a version abbreviation. It is a different model. Textbook false advertising under FTC and Delaware Consumer Frauds Act. 2️⃣ "UNLIMITED" IS EFFECTIVELY UNUSABLE Another "unlimited" core model, "zyloo/deepseek-v4-pro", failed on 9 out of 10 consecutive requests with HTTP 429 at a normal human pace (1 request / 2 seconds) — a 90% failure rate. Error message: "Rate limit exceeded (paid tier)" The plan page says "Unlimited. Never consumes balance." This is materially false. There is an aggressive paid-tier RPM cap that makes normal use impossible. Summary of 20 test requests today: • glm-5.2: 5/10 success (50% failure) • deepseek-v4-pro: 1/10 success (90% failure) When I asked for a refund, Zyloo's own terms state: "Subscription payments are non-refundable once the period begins" — they hide behind this clause while delivering a broken product. MY DEMANDS: 1. Full refund of USD 19 to original payment channel (Alipay/Stripe) 2. Immediate cancellation of auto-renewal on my account 3. Correct the false advertising on the plan page 4.
