How do we define resilience? 🤔 What are its essential components, and how can we create resilient societies? 🌍 These questions guided our recent discussion with experts from the region and Ukraine during the #EUSBSRforum2024 panel session, "Recipes for Resilience – Communities, Culture, and Comprehensive Security". "Resilience is the ability to meet, endure and bounce back better than before. Resilience begins at home, the local, the regional community. But we are not home alone, we are interconnected with our neigbours.
