Not sure how it's a @UPS "proof of delivery" when it just says "at front door" (where my package decidedly was not) & has no photo attached...twice. The original AND replacement by the company I bought from. Very frustrating, and not an issue I've had in my 15 years in this apt.

@UPS I filed a complaint, no one has contacted me. A fraudulent bank debit card was delivered to your CVS Access Point on Mission Blvd in SD, signed for by manager & disappeared. This is a serious security breach & points to an identity theft ring operating at this location.

@UPS call #1 escalated my ticket and was told I would receive a call back within 60 minutes. 90 minutes later I never received a call. Call #2 escalated my ticket as “priority” and was told I would receive a call back within 60 minutes again.
