Shout-out to the good folks @ouraring for standing behind their product. I've had mine for nearly a year and it recently ran into some charging problems. They shipped a replacement in less than 24hr.

Well @VividSeats finally made it right - provided a direct number to the broker hotline. Issue was resolved in 2 minutes. Glad it's fixed, but why did it have to be so damn difficult for me to get that number? Shouldn't take hours of calls, emails, and DMs. @VividSeats_Help

Guess what they sent me 15 hours after I DM'd my order number... If @VividSeats hasn't been blacklisted by credit card companies for chargebacks within a year, I'll eat one of my shoes. There are lemonade stands with more robust infrastructure than this horseshit.

Word of warning against using @VividSeats - I've had an issue with tickets for more than a week and can't get help. Sat on hold twice for more than an hour only to get hung up on. Sent multiple emails. Nothing works. @VividSeats_Help needs to get their shit together. This sucks.

@VividSeats_Help Already did 5min ago. If you respond to the DM telling me to use the auto-closing chat or call your multi-hour wait phone line so I can be hung up on again, I'm going to have an aneurysm.

Plus I gotta win back the money I lost out there at the beginning of the month...
