Vanessa being murdered is another classic example of killing a prominent female character in order to further a man's story. It's sick and twisted. Vanessa deserved better, regardless of how you feel about her. It's baseless misogyny coated as a plot device. STOP KILLING WOMEN.

Daredevil: Born Again Again drops an episode that comes the closest to the Netflix series...at least in the beginning.
But because 90% of the side characters are so terribly written and boring, the dialogue is stunted and weak, and the cinematography and lighting wildly pedestrian compared to its predecessor. All flashes of brillances quickly fade away as the show flings clip farm moments at the audience like Bullseye in a knife shop.
I dont see this show escaping the skin suit accusations if this is considered some of the best the show has to offer.

Say what you want about Andy Muschietti and Christina hodson on brave and the bold, but this is how Andy Muschietti showcased a 70 year old Batman’s capabilities, so imagine prime Batman. Also with Gunn helping, as well as notes from the likes of Drew Goddard who’s in the DCU writing room, I have complete faith the script will turn out good, and minus the one lasso scene the Batman moments in the flash objectively weren’t poorly written.

This is tough, because as I started writing the video I realized Matt is almost like Cap or Superman where his “arc” is “sticking to his values and not breaking” but I’d say the season ends in a place where there is room for massive growth and change.

Matt not addressing Karen kiIIing a AVTF agent is odd. When Elektra kiIIed a Yakuza member it created conflict in MattElektras relationship that was addressed. It feels like the narrative is scared of more realistic confrontation between Matt and Karen bc the illusion falls apart
